Lakeland, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern University Women's Golf team completed play at the Lady Moc Classic Tuesday morning. NSU (6th/452/458) finished sixth and was led by Haruka Muta (+4) and Maria Torres (+6), both finishing inside the top 25.

Haruka Muta (T14/78/70) recorded three birdies and seven pars in her first round of play.

In round two, Muta shot par or better on the seven consecutive holes, with a total of four birdies in the round, to finish play in the tournament at four-over in a tie for 14th.

Maria Torres (T21/74/76) began round one with two birdies on holes two and three, adding two more on the back nine.

Torres finished her second round with a birdie, completing play at six-over in a tie for 21st.

Ida Lundh (T29/75/77) picked up a birdie in round one with a stretch of 11 consecutive pars. Adding two birdies in round two, she concluded play eight-over.

Arianna Carvalho (T29/76/76) tallied two birdies in her two rounds of play, finishing at eight-over.

Lua Pousa Dacasa (T35/74/79) in round one shot 14 pars and closed the round with a birdie. In round two, Pousa Dacasa added a birdie to finish the tournament at nine-over.

Rosanna Halls (T46/75/80) totaled three birdies in her two rounds, ending the tournament at 11-over.
